A project is a kit. The project is in a file that you can buy and easily download from the online shop. The photos of the finished project are not binding. They show how the project could look like when it is finished. The production of a project is very variable.

Buy voucher
The value of the voucher can be switched in the product page to
CHF 25.00 / 50.00 / 75.00 / 100.00.
The voucher is valid indefinitely. It has no expiry date.
After the purchase you will receive two emails: a confirmation email and an email with the voucher code. You can forward this second email to the person receiving the gift. Or copy the voucher number and the address of the shop into any messenger app. Or print out the email and wrap it up nicely.

Redeem the voucher
The voucher can be redeemed in the online shop. Simply enter the voucher number when paying. If the purchase costs less than the value of the voucher, the remainder will be kept for another, later purchase. If the purchase costs more than the value of the voucher, the missing amount must be paid normally. 

Advance payment, payable by bank transfer 
You will receive a confirmation email. The invoice is attached. The bank details are in the confirmation email. When paying, please include the order number or the invoice number. After receipt of payment you will receive an email with the download link or physical products will be sent.

I am not obliged to pay VAT. Therefore, no VAT will be charged. At the moment the currency in the shop is only Swiss Franc CHF. With PayPal or credit card you can also pay in EUR, USD and GBP.

You will receive the download link in a separate email. The link is valid for 3 days from the day the email is sent. You have 4 download attempts. After that, the download will no longer work.

After the download, unpack the ZIP files. I recommend not using a tablet or smartphone for the download and unpacking, but a computer.
To unzip in Windows 10, right-click on the ZIP file. Select Extract / Unzip or similar.

If your computer cannot unzip the ZIP files:
Windows     Download the free programme 7-Zip: http://www.7-zip.org/.
Mac              Download the free programme The Unarchiver from the Apple Store.

Physical products are only shipped within Switzerland.

Any shipping costs for merchandise shipments will be added to the sales prices. Overpaid shipping costs will be refunded.

For download products

There is no right of return or right of revocation for:

• Download products.
• Opened DVDs and rewritable data carriers.
• Unlock codes for data, software or digital services if the visual protection of the code has been removed or if the code has been transmitted by download or e-mail.

For events
There is no right of revocation for events if a specific date is available at the time of booking.
Cancellation of an event is possible if a replacement participant from the waiting list moves up. In this case, a rebooking fee of 15% of the event price will be deducted from the amount paid before it is transferred back. The rebooking fee does not apply if someone moves up from the waiting list and the cancellation is made within one week of booking and at the same time there is still at least one month until the date of the event.

For physical products
The revocation period is 14 days after receipt. If the products are complete and untouched, the sales price will be refunded. The return shipment is at the expense of the customer.
Excluded from the right of revocation are:

• Products with a broken seal.
• custom-made products on behalf of the customer. I am entitled to charge the accrued costs in the event of a withdrawal by the customer.

All projects in their entirety and all videos, logos, photos, templates, graphics and texts contained therein are protected by copyright.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or published, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Imthurn Productions.
You may make one backup copy of digital products. Publishing or distributing digital products in any way is not permitted.
