The video tutorial of a project
You buy a project and download it. In it you will find the folder " Tutorial".
And inside is the video tutorial, a video file with the extension "mp4". The instructions have English subtitles.
If you double-click on the file, a media player opens and the video begins.

In the FILMS & TV programme, there is a button at the bottom left that looks like a speech bubble.

In the VLC Media Player programme, it is possible that the English subtitles are already switched on.
To switch subtitles on/off/change language, right-click in the video image. Select the item Subtitles.

In the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER programme it is only possible to show subtitles with some effort. The programme is out of date.
I recommend installing the free programme "VLC Media Player": https://www.videolan.org/

The videos in this website have subtitles. Start a video.
Then click on the 3rd icon at the bottom right of the video. The video is now in full size, the subtitles are easy to read. After a few seconds the picture gets a better quality. Now you can also switch off the subtitles by clicking on the 1st icon or change the language.
You can use the same icons in Youtube to switch subtitles on and off or change the language.
